ABOUT US: The Alumni Connect Cell, Jamia Millia Islamia (ACC-JMI) is dedicated to building relationships with alumni of the university to ensure a lasting connection to the university in support of the mission of the university. Our vision is to develop a dedicated, vibrant and dynamic, global alumni community whose members are committed to help each other, and devoted to JMI mission. The mission of the Alumni Connect Cell of JMI is, to design relevant and meaningful programs for current and future alumni to foster life-long participation in JMI. To promote a goodwill and sense of pride to both alumni and students. To help and support alumnus develop and spread a philanthropic and entrepreneurial mindset among students. To advice and conduct activities that shall motivate and upgrade student skill set.

OBJECTIVES OF ALUMNI CONNECT CELL
1. To provide a vibrant forum that promotes interaction and networking among alumni of the Institute.
2. To help alumni achieve their professional and societal goals.
3. To help alumni in their hour of need.
4. To facilitate the association of alumni with their Alma Mater
5. To contribute to the Institute’s vision of being recognized among the world’s leading institutions in academics, research, outreach, and innovation
6. To promote best practices in different areas of science, technology, humanities and social sciences for the benefit of the society, especially disadvantaged sections.
7. To create awareness about the Institute and its alumni in the public; and to assist deserving students from socially and economically disadvantaged sections of the society.
8. To work for betterment of society.
